Effects of truants
Many studies have shown that if you miss school for more than three days it totally affects your entire academic progress, it is not about just don't going to school, it is about your entire future.
As it was mentioned, not going to school for more than three days can affect your learning and if you decide to go to school after all the classes that you already missed, the probabilities of you getting frustrated for not understanding the subject will be high and also end up dropping high school.

This is such an important issue that has always been affecting high school by losing hundreds of millions of dollars a year because of truants. This is affecting the whole society as well.
Truants prefer to be on the streets, stealing, smoking, doing drugs rather than attend to classes and ensure a good future.
